Request functional accounts
(generic Uni-Accounts for non-personal purposes)

Generic functional accounts may be provided for project-related or permanent administrative purposes (e.g., secretarial, regularly rotating support staff or guests, electrical equipment, IT systems).

In contrast to personal accounts, functional accounts are not personalized (no first name and last name, no personal email address) and may be made available for use by other persons at any time.

If the Self-Administration is booked, then the functional accounts can be directly managed within your team and, for example, be handed out to short-term guests at any time.

The accounts are always bound to a specific purpose. The scope of services is limited for legal reasons.

Please legitimate your request and supplement your password with a second factor (e.g. YubiKey).

Please note: For groups, event participants and guests, there are distinct registration procedures.
